Humor as an intervention

I guess that’s the answer many employees give when they’re asked why they work for VIBES.technology*.

I had the joy of delivering a training to the team last week! It was a crash course on ‘Humor as an intervention’. Participants came up some proper funny results: Ideas on how to deal with situations where things (literally) get heated and how to improve the company snacks. (As you understand, we sticked to the important issues.)

The session was hopefully inspiring, but it was definitely interesting for me 😄. In my training I often use clips to provoke a response or discussion. And on multiple occasions the response was different from what I expected. Which I enjoyed because it challenges my thoughts and improvisation skills.
